Hi, here’s Soula again, and there was a time when my body was filled up with the remains of very noxious chemicals. Those chemicals had been life saving for me, helping me to overcome ovarian cancer but they weren’t kind to the rest of my body. So I had to do something to get really healthy again.

And often it’s like that isn’t it. For some reason our body is full of stuff it shouldn’t be full of, We might have been smoking, drinking, doing drugs or just plain eating the wrong kind of fatty carbohydrate laden food for too long.

Hi here’s Soula, and it’s great to connect with you again. I’m always stunned when some people see detoxing as a deprivation. For me it’s all about adding to my life. It’s adding in feeling vigorous, healthy and full of beans. And its adding in beautifully clear skin and a heightened sense of smell. And best of all its adding in a svelte, trim figure as those excess pounds roll off.

I mainly detox to stay super healthy BUT I don’t mind that keeping slim is such a breeze when I’m eating healthy all the time.
